Communications & Advocacy Intern
The Green Belt Movement seeks a Communications and Advocacy Intern to support the organisation’s Communications and Advocacy function, which leads GBM’s public messaging, digital engagement, media relations, campaigns and coalition initiatives, including efforts to protect Nairobi’s urban forests and convene Community Forest Associations. The internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in environmental communications and advocacy, with the Intern working closely with the Communications and Advocacy Officer and Advocacy team to support content creation, digital engagement, documentation, campaign implementation and policy advocacy while developing professional skills in strategic communications and environmental advocacy.
